At d'Annam, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original aesthetic packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
